Invite us
Add us as an accountant user in your QuickBooks Online, Xero or Gusto. You keep full ownership and can remove our access at any time. No passwords are shared.
We do the work
We categorise every transaction, match receipts and bills, reconcile every bank and card account, and send you a short list of anything we need from you.
You get your numbers
By the 10th you receive your profit and loss, balance sheet and a plain-English note on what changed, so you always know where the business stands.

Prices are in US dollars. Software subscriptions (QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto) are paid by you directly to the provider.

Where are you based?
We are based in India and work with US businesses remotely. Calls are available during US Eastern mornings, and email replies come within one business day.
Do you file my taxes?
No. We keep your books and run your payroll. At year end we hand your CPA or tax preparer a clean, reconciled set of books, which usually makes their work faster and cheaper.
What software do you work with?
QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, ADP and QuickBooks Payroll. If you are not on any of these yet, we can help you choose and set one up.
How do you keep my information safe?
We never ask for your bank passwords. You invite us into your own software, you can see everything we do, and you can remove our access at any time. All our accounts use two-step login, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
What if I go over 75 transactions a month?
Nothing happens in a one-off busy month. If you are regularly over, we will suggest the Growth plan and you decide.
How does the on-time promise work?
If you have sent us everything for the month (statements, receipts, bills and answers to our questions) by the 2nd, your books are closed and your reports are in your inbox by the 10th. If we miss that date, you do not pay for that month.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans run month to month and you can stop with notice before your next month starts.
